Yummy mango smoothie breakfast bowl

This yummy mango smoothie breakfast bowl is a simple and sweet treat! It is healthy and a perfect choice for breakfast. This breakfast bowl is made only with a few ingredients and you can add whichever toppings your heart desires to customize to your tastes.

Smoothie bowls: I LOVE them! The yummy mango smoothie breakfast bowl gives me a perfect start in the day.

The yummy mango smoothie breakfast bowl is:

  •  vegan
  • refreshing and energizing
  • super easy to make
  • packed with vitamins
  • ready in 1o minutes or faster 😀

The only thing you may need is a good blender and the below listed ingredients.

Recipe:

1 mango (frozen or not frozen)

1 frozen banana (broken into peaces)

1/2 dl almond milk

handful of oats

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all in a blender. Put into a bowl and top with kiwi and chia seeds.

Note: If you use a frozen mango you may need a little bit more of liquids while blending (water or milk).

This easy lovely acai breakfast smoothie pineapple bowl is a simple and sweet treat! It is healthy and a perfect choice for breakfast. This breakfast bowl is made only with a few ingredients and you can add whichever toppings your heart desires to customize to your tastes.

The lovely acai breakfast smoothie pineapple bowl is:

  • vegetarian
  • refreshing and energizing
  • super easy to make
  • packed with vitamins
  • ready in 1o minutes or faster 😀

The only thing you may need is a good blender and the below listed ingredients.

Recipe:

10 fresh or frozen acai berries or the amount in acai-pulver

1 frozen banana (broken into peaces)

1/2 dl almond milk

handful of oats

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all in a blender. Put into a bowl and top with apples, chia seeds, kiwi and little pieces of almonds.

Note: If you use frozen acai berries you may need a little bit more of liquids while blending (water or milk).

If you like to use a pineapple insteed of a bowl, just buy a whole pineapple and slice it in to two. With a knife you can cut out the fruit of the pineapple.

The green spinach smoothie

This is one of the best green smoothies, it’s so cooling and refreshing, and so delicious – the green spinach smoothie has been my saviour over the last few days as it’s been so hot in Mexico! The spinach and lemon adding to you water to create an incredible mix of flavours, which I think you’ll love! I love making a big jug of this and keeping it in the fridge.

Recipe:

– handful of pineapple

– 1-2 slices of a lemon

– handful of spinach

– 8-10 almonds

– 3 dl of cold water

Blend it until it is smooth. If you like you can add some ice cubes to make it even more refreshing.

Please note, that the taste of the lemon is usually strong. If needed you can add some more water or just put a little peace of the lemon in your blender. Personally I like the taste of lemon, for me it is extremly refreshing.

This is one of the best summer drinks, it’s so cooling and refreshing, and so delicious – the red berries summer smoothie has been my saviour over the last few days as it’s been so hot in Mexico! The fruits adding to you water to create an incredible mix of flavours, which I think you’ll love! I love making a big jug of this and keeping it in the fridge.

Recipe:

– handful of strawberries

– handful of blackberries

– handful of blueberries

– 3 dl of cold water

Blend it until it is smooth. If you like you can add some ice cubes to make it even more refreshing. Personally I like the red berries summer smoothie without sugar, for me the berries are already enough sweet, but if you like you can add a tablespoon of sugar to make it even sweeter.
