  • squats (as many as you can)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • plank (as long as you can)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • lunges (as many as you can)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • push ups (as many as you can)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • sit ups (as many as you can)
  • jump rope (1 minute)
  • rest (30 seconds)

Do this workout twice.
