Do you know the moment, you are in the kitchen and you have no plan what to cook? Honestly, this happens often to me. Right in this moment, I do not know what to cook. Or are you often cooking the same things? For me it is very important to change my food regularly and that is why I tried a news sauce: my yummy and healthy avocado sauce. This sauce is so easy to make and healthy.
You can use my yummy and healthy avocado sauce for pasta and salads. It takes you only a few minutes.
There you go for the recipe:
One midium avocado
One or two clove of garlic
One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Two tablespoons of olive oil
A little bit of salt, pepper and paprika
Combine all in a blender. If the sauce is too thick add some olive oil or water.
I really love my yummy and healthy avocado sauce. She gives my daily menu a change.
Did you already heard about the healthy Matcha powder? I really do love it and I will explain you also why. But first, let me explain you what is Matcha and where does it come from? It is specially grown and processed green tea. The traditional Chinese and Japanese tea ceremony centers on the preparation, serving, and drinking of matcha as hot tea and embodies a meditative spiritual style. In modern times, matcha also has come to be used to flavor foods. For example matcha lattes, green tea ice cream or soba noodles.
And why is matcha so healthy?
EGCG (cancer fighter)
Finally, I would like to come back and answer the question, why I do love the Matcha powder. This healthy, green, magic powder is my perfect start in the day. Every morning I drink a teacupful of Matcha and it gives me enough energy to go trough the day. Furthermore, I do love the taste of Matcha! I really recommend to try this magical green powder! 🙂
