The good thing is you can prepare the matcha chia pudding the day before and just let it cooling in the fridge overnight.
The energy booster: matcha chia pudding is:

The only thing you may need is a good blender and the below listed ingredients.
80g of greek yogurt
1 tablespoon matcha pulver
2 dl of almond milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Combine all in a blender. Put into a bowl and top with almond splits and matcha pulver.
Let it cool in the fridge overnight.
Now it is time to give this awesome pudding a try! It is so delicious and healthy. And you do not have to prepare a breakfast in the morning, you can just take it out of the fridge and enjoy!
