Or are you often cooking the same things? For me it is very important to change my food regularly and that is why I tried a news sauce: my yummy and healthy avocado sauce. This sauce is so easy to make and healthy.
You can use my yummy and healthy avocado sauce for pasta and salads. It takes you only a few minutes.
There you go for the recipe:
- One midium avocado
- One or two clove of garlic
- One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
- A little bit of salt, pepper and paprika
Combine all in a blender. If the sauce is too thick add some olive oil or water.
