Creamy pumpkin soup

Now is the season where the leaves fall from the trees – autumn. I do love this season, because it is also known as the pumpkin season. I love pumpkins and I am sure you gonna love my new recipe: creamy pumpkin soup! And good news at first: the soup is so easy to prepare! šŸ˜€

Ingredients for 8 portions:

  • 1 kilo of carrots
  • 2 kilos of pumpkins
  • 3 onions
  • bouillon
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 dl of milk
  1. Fill a big pan with 2 liters of water and add as much buillon as you like
  2. Peel the 2 kilos of pumpkins
  3. Peel the 1 kilo of carrots
  4. Put everything in the pan and cook the ingredients
  5. Slice the 3 onions and put them in the pan
  6. Let everything cook for about 45 minutes
  7. Add the 1 dl of milk
  8. Now blend all ingredients until the soup is creamy
