The perfect choice to have a healthy start in the day! You can also prepare them in the evening and putting them in the fridge. The fluffy apple chocolate protein pancakes with strawberries are a good option when you prefer apple insteed of bananas. Because most of the pancakes contain bananas and I like bananas but I can not eat them every day. The apple gives a new flavour to the delicious pancakes.
Recipe for 4-6 pancakes:
1 coup of chocolate protein powder (recommended to use the whey protein)
optional: one handful of oat flakes
optional: 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Cut the apple and put them in a bowl.
Add the two eggs and the handful of oat flakes if you like to have some carbs in your pancakes.
Add the cup of chocolate protein powder and one teaspoon of chia seeds (optional).
Take the blender and mix until all ingredients are smooth.
Take a pan, add some rape oil and put two or three spoons of the mixed ingredients in it. Turn them after 1 minute.
Now try the fluffy apple chocolate protein pancakes with strawberries!
